Barrister Tahmidur Rahman is an IEB (The Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh) accredited Engineer and a QLD(Qualifying Law Degree) holder, who simultaneously pursued and acquired First Class results in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from North South Universityand LL.B.(Hons.) from University of London, all within the span of 4 years.
Barrister Tahmidur Rahman is a highly accomplished lawyer and entrepreneur, known for his expertise in corporate governance, commercial transaction,Foreign Direct investments, Public Concessions, Energy, Natural Resources, Mining and Exploration, Banking and Financial Services, International Trade, Construction, and Shareholder Disputes etc.
Barrister Tahmidur Rahman has worked on and represented clients in a number of international arbitrations conducted under the ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, SIAC, and ICSID rules. Barrister Tahmidur is highly considered as an expert in public international law and has represented parties in disputes involving state entities. He has advised numerous multinational corporations on their international law disputes.

Shafqat is a member of our real estate group and is based in our Dhaka office. Shafqat specialises in residential led development projects and acts for large UK developers on a variety of acquisitions and disposals in the UK. Shafqat has experience in negotiating strategic land deals including promotion and option agreements. Anuj is a first point of contact for any developers in the GCC and Middle East who are seeking to invest in real estate opportunities in the UK.
Mubasshira Noor

Noor joined the Dubai based IP team as an associate to support the rapidly growing IP practice. Prior to joining, Noor worked in a top tier international law firm in Washington D.C. where her experience was centred on trademark, copyright and media law with a particular focus on the technology, entertainment, video game, television, fashion/retail and food service industries. She assisted both mature and emerging companies on all aspects of brand development from inception though international expansion and beyond.
Since joining Noor has been involved in commercial matters with particular focus on the commercialisation of IP rights through franchising, licensing, development and other collaborative agreements across a wide range of industries such as, e-commerce, F&B, fashion and technology. Noor also handles a broad range of intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on IP counselling, enforcement, complex IP licensing and copyright enforcement in the technology, education, retail, hospitality, consumer products and other industries.
